With over five years of experience as a franchisee with UBreakIFix, she has demonstrated a strong ability to scale businesses, lead high-performing teams, and drive consistent growth. Her passion for innovation and emerging technology led her to join Level Up Automation as the company’s first franchisee, launching Level Up Louisiana in Lafayette.

Combining her entrepreneurial mindset with a deep appreciation for the power of franchising, MeSha is committed to delivering tech-forward solutions to her community while building a successful and sustainable business.
