Level Up Automation of Florida launched in the Orlando and Tampa Bay areas in Spring 2022. Having over twenty years of experience in branding, sales, and marketing strategy with audio giant Bose Corporation, the founders had a deep understanding of delivering exceptional client experiences. Today, owner Toni Lynn Scalero spearheads the business growth and development from the Orlando Showroom location while managing partner, Tom Vogl, oversees sales and operations for the West Coast of Florida out of Tampa. With more than 30 years in the consumer electronics industry, Tom is dedicated to being a partner and resource for today’s technologies.

Toni has carefully assembled a team of industry veterans who bring talent, dedication, and leadership to their work, ensuring the delivery of memorable, high-touch experiences for every client.

Toni is an accomplished, results-driven executive whose career spans four decades of experience in retail operations, human resources, and sales management. Recognized for her visionary leadership style and results-driven approach, Toni quickly rose through the ranks of retail management, consistently assembling high-performing teams that delivered outstanding results. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in driving success for some of the retail industry’s leading brands, culminating in building and overseeing the largest retail market for Bose Corporation for nearly two decades. Today, Toni channels her extensive expertise into growing Level Up Automation, where she is leading the company’s expansion across key markets in Florida.

TOM VOGL

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Tom gravitated to the CE industry early on and has spent his professional career working with products on the cutting edge of technology. He’s garnered a proven track record in sales achievements, personnel development, and project management, but it’s Tom’s easy yet empowering leadership style that has earned him respect and accolades from employees and colleagues throughout his career. Known for his creative style, he brings a spirit of innovation to every business he touches. As he moves into an ownership position, he's transferring his many skills to Level Up Automation and to creating a new dynamic of today’s technology customers.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

BRADEN SPOLIDORO

No stranger to consumer electronics or to the Level Up Automation business, Braden joins the Florida team as Business Development Manager. Starting his career with Level Up in our Massachusetts office, he comes with years of experience in product knowledge, installation, and understanding the growth of the automation business. Most recently having completed a role as Program Coordinator for a large non-profit, Braden is stepping back into a world that most reflects his passions; seeing customers experience the best of what today’s electronics have to offer.

BRANDON JONES

Brandon joins the Florida team with an impressive resume of successfully navigating the consumer electronics field. Graduating from Atlantic Technical College with an electrical degree, he first began applying his skills working as an apprentice with an electrician and later moved to a service technician and trainer role with a door company in Central Florida. As he transitioned into the role of Project Manager for a Custom Integration firm in Ft. Lauderdale, he further honed his skills, becoming a certified programmer with Control4, Josh.ai, and most recently, Lutron. Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and technical proficiency to our team while ensuring our customers are wowed by the results.
